Is there a potential market for a subdivided Parcel with Wetlands? I'm interested in making an offer on a parcel that is 25 acres, I want to split the land and sell the portion I don't develop on, that portion will have Wetlands on it, what could a buyer use it for or will it just be useless excess land?
