@Joshua Martin, I will message you two good local CPA options!

Good Afternoon Sherief!

I'm an investor located just north of Olympia, WA with the same question. Would you consider messaging me the same two local CPA's who you feel are quality referrals? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time and consideration,

Kali

I appreciate that and have already made contact.

I didn't see that list either but I don't mind connecting with new people here in bigger pockets.

Besides wanting to put in a fence to split the yards, I do want to make sure I don't build a shed on someone else's property or them on mine.

I may be posting in the incorrect place and if I am, please let me know. I'm near Tacoma Washington looking to buy a duplex and owner occupy. So I'm here on bigger pockets to look for a CPA with an investing background. If someone can refer me or a CPA is reading this, I'd like to talk more.

In the market to buy a duplex and owner occupy. How do I find out where the property boundaries are while doing my due diligence on the property? I'm guessing this is done separately from the inspection and appraisal.

Does anyone know if David covers house hacking in his book Long-distance real estate investing?
