Post: 2D and 3D Property Drawings

When do I use 2D property renderings? When do I use 3D? Is there a difference with the results/effects when it comes to sales and/or set appointments from customers?

Post: What Property Rendering Is Better?

I am trying to figure out which drawing/rendering is better for marketing my properties (I am new in this business and I am only self taught). Which is better?
- Hand-drawn or computer-drawn rendering?
- I take my pictures or professionals with experience take them?
- 2D or 3D?
- Water-color or pencil color?

Thanks for sharing!

Hi Ryan and Glenn, thanks for the insight. I am actually looking forward to working with a real estate marketing company whose forte is rendering. They gave me 50% off on their rendering service which I can't resist. I already have a camera and I usually take my own photos. I want to try them out. I am hoping to learn if it will be worth it.

What is your take on real estate rendering and photography? How do you incorporate this into your marketing strategy? What qualities should we look for a real estate photography/rendering company?
