Hi I am in California & I have been W-2 every year. I just got Real Estate Salesperson License & I would like to use a tons of write offs. ??? Please help what can I wright off.
1. I am paying rent & I would like to write off my kitchen as I'm using it as a office 2. driving & millage 3. education to get Real Estate Salesperson License 4. seminars & events related to Real Estate 5. books 6. gas 7. Renters insurance 8. car lease 9. cellphone bill 10. haircut + mani +pedi+facial+massage 11. car insurance 12. home HS Internet+ phone 12. business cards 13. Facebook ad's 14. anything else ?

@Alexandro McQuillan I have created LLC in Wyoming for $150, very easy and fast. 0 tax rate in Wyoming. A lot of people also like incorporating in Wyoming for this reason, because Wyoming doesn't track who owns the company, just the directors. So CA can't get WY to tell them who owns these Wyoming companies, because Wyoming itself doesn't know, and frankly doesn't care.Your only cost would be the annual report and a registered agent fee in that state. Wyoming for instance has no corporate income tax, but the annual report is $50.

@Drake Dalton thank you. I need operation agreement between me and my business partner ...will that be part of the LLC? I also would like to know if the $800 payable to tax board is every year?
