Getting to the point guys. There’s a property I went to see, (duplex) but it’s in the country side area of Florida like 1-1:20 minutes from Orlando. The place is growing, but it still looks desolate, streets are mostly without asphalt, people just go there mostly on winter time from the north for vacation, so the town is pretty quite on summer time, and looks like renters does not stay long. But still have a lot of homeowners that live there. Mostly retirees. What time of neighborhood is this? A, B, C,D…? Would you buy it? Thanks.

Does having a property manager on your first investment is a good idea? Does it eats your cashflow? I know can be considered as an investment too.

I’ve been looking for properties and sending them to my agent to help me check on their status but I feel like he is making excuses every time we find a property, and when I tried to reach for one before everyone else I don’t feel a sense or urgent on him/her to try and check it out. What should I do in this hot market? Is it i’m too much in a rush and that’s dangerous? Or should I look for another agent?
