Hi All, just wondering if anyone can help me out. Planning a trip to San Antonio, Texas to purchase some properties... I'm looking for a few really good commercial Real Estate agents For the San Antonio area. It would be a great help if anyone has a few referrals. For that matter, if anyone knows of a few Lenders in the area, that would be great, as well.

Question for Landlords and Multi-family investors...Does anyone know if RUBS (Ratio Utility Billback System) programs are legal in California, more specifically, Los Angeles? And, If they are, is it worth implementing?

Can anyone give me a little advice on Turnkey Investing? A good, reputable company that won't rip me off in the process. I've read several things good/bad about Turnkey Investing. Some of the numbers that some companies spot seem a little too good to be true...

Any help would be appreciated!
