Hi,

I own a single-family rental property in Gilbert, which I initially hired a property management company to handle when I purchased the house. They managed the tenants for the first year. After that, I decided to discontinue their services, and the tenants stayed for an additional year. During that time, I self-managed their service requests, utilizing a network of handymen and contractors to handle any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Now that the lease is nearing its end and the tenant is moving out, I’m looking for someone who specializes in tenant placement so that I can continue to self-manage the property remotely.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone can share recommendations or information about how I can work with someone to help find and vet potential tenants.

Thank you!
