Thanks for the tips! I'm already reading the book you recommended, and so far it's a great read. The set up is a little long, but inspiring, I'm just looking forward to the methodology of his approach to attaining success. I'm also already looking into the association, and I'll be doing what it takes to join going forward. Keep in touch, and maybe we can partner in a venture together, once I get the experience, and knowledge I need. Cheers!

Hello everyone, I'm very excited about joining the community. I wanted to get input on whole selling with investors, and how I can network to find them? What's the best strategy for finding good deals, and what do investors like to place their time and money into? I eventually want to gain enough capitol to get into owning multi unit homes to rent. I'd love any advice on that as well.
