My cousin has a $75k/year job with excellent credit (he’s been working there for 4 years)
How do I structure using his income and credit for a loan to buy a rental? I’m putting down the 20% down payment and any other costs that will come up.

Hello, I’m partnering with my sister to buy a 4Plex in Pennsylvania. Living in one unit and renting out the other 3. Has anyone here done that before? How much did they require for a down payment?
