I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. I currently own two homes in California and have a strong desire to grow my portfolio by acquiring as many multifamily doors as possible before retirement, with the goal of living off passive income.

I proudly served my country for 26 years and am now inspired to build success as a real estate investor. Through the BiggerPockets forums, I was able to connect with a local multi-unit agent who referred me to a mortgage company that recently pre-approved me for my first-ever quadruplex.

I’ve been a long-time fan of BiggerPockets—watching countless videos on house hacking—and I’m excited to finally take action and expand my real estate assets. My military background also includes experience managing various projects, including remotely remodeling and rehabbing my first home.
