@Vania Nettleford hey Vania iam an investor from Passaic as well. Let’s connect I might be able to help you bring more cash flow to your property. Currently doing the same to a 6 unit building I own in Clifton.

@Brian Mendez make sure you stay on top of the section 8 payment. Due to covid-19 my payments have been delayed. They will send it just make sure you aware of that incase. Good luck!

@Brian Mendez get in touch with the office and provide them proof of purchase and tenant information. Process shouldn’t take long but you definitely have to be on top of them. Had to do the same with a property I just purchase in Passaic county as well.

Hi, I'm looking into buying an off market property. I already put a deposit on the property and signed the contract but I need to know what are the steps I should take next. I know I have to inspect the property which I am doing today. I know the bank will do an appraisal. But I am confused about the attorney review. How do I know if the property has leans or any other things I should be concerned about?

Awesome job thanks for the inspiration !
