@Chris K. I have been speaking with a few lawyers I found on google. I been told what we have is called "installment land contract" as you stated. We refer to it as contract for deed here. Its essentially lease to own agreement and the deed stays with the lender until full payments has been made.
Happy to send you the collateral file for review if your interested. Looking for a attorney who has experience in this type of work in PA.

About to close on a non-performing CFD from a private equity firm. Looking for a lawyer to guide us through eviction/ foreclosure in OK (Kay Country) and PA (West Newton). Any recommendation would be appreciated.
