@Alex Olmo hello Alex. The rent was based on Zillows estimate of $1,300. But based on where it is located I thought reduce it to a few hundred per duplex. I do not know if it can be converted back to a 4-plex. How could I find that out?

Hello,

I originally posted the property as a rental, but then realized there was a BRRR calculator. Here is the link to my first post, which was created from the rental calculator.

Please View report for the BRRR calculations. I used the same numbers. Can I get some advice on the deals and my analysis?

Hello,

My name is Ricardo and I am a few days new to Bigger Pockets and wanting to get into multi-family and single-family rentals in the Orlando and Tampa areas. I found this property that needs a lot help but seems to have potential. Can you help me analyze the deal? Also, it is next to a small church. It was a 4 unit with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but it turned into a duplex.
