Hey @David Mo thanks for reaching out. I would love to connect and talk more about investment opportunities. I have been keeping a eye on West Allis as my main location to invest in but again I don't know the areas. I like your idea about having a property manager but I think I would be taking care of this property on my on. From my current location to West Allis is about 45 minutes which isn't so bad.

Hello everyone, I been looking for rental property (2/3 unit) in Milwaukee/Kenosha Wisconsin areas but not sure how rentals do out there. I'm currently living in Lake County Illinois but do have friends/family in both those areas. I visit them once in a while but never really explored outside the areas. I guess my question would be is anyone currently renting property in those areas? If so, how has It been working out for you?
