Contractor here.  I am in SoCal, so my numbers are likely higher than where you are, but with a new kitchen, bathroom, roof, paint, flooring and a bit more, you are easily at $50,000 to $60,000.   If you are handy and have a month of spare time you can surely get the number down.  Licensed and insured contractors are not cheap.  And we are all busy nowadays.
