@Yonah Weiss and @Corina Eufinger, thank you both so much. BP is an incredible tool for us all in this industry.  I’ll be reaching out to your referrals tomorrow.  Thank you both again and can’t wait to be on the helping side soon!!   Go team!

Hey hey BP!   This is my first post, so bear with me if it’s a little rough around the edges.. My partner and I are looking for a strong and reasonable CPA in the Milwaukee area. We close on our first rental 12/31/20, and both feel more comfortable beginning that relationship now as we plan to ramp our portfolio fairly quickly in 2020. Partnership returns and Tax planning are two specific services we’re looking for. Does anyone have any solid referrals they’ve used and love? Cost of services would be nice too, but have no problem reaching out and finding that for ourselves.   Thanks in advance!

@Adam Parker thanks for the reply. I'll be reaching out to Bellco Credit Union, Monday. And the refi tip to pay off the HELOC, then wash/rinse/repeat was something I had in mind. Good to know it's a working system.

Great minds @Sergio Salinas! I was literally a day away from posting this same question. I’m in the similar boat where I have full equity in my home and want to begin leveraging it. So any and all tips and/or advice from our BP brethren are hugely welcome!  Go team!!

@James Gates what a great write up! And thread to all who've replied. I can't thank you enough. My partner and I are looking for our first BRRRR now. I know others have mentioned this, so excuse me if you've already addressed it, but how were you able to ramp up properties so quickly? I ask bc I have full equity in my primary residence (3/2, 1500 sq ft, Bungalow), do you think the best use of said equity is a HELOC?
