Steve,

Thank you for the support. As of now, I have a schedule set up to study for the exam. It is a month long, so I will simply focus on that and utilize this forum for any questions. Once I complete that, I will definitely look to get more involved and even set meetings up to learn more through others experiences!

Hi everyone,

I am here to introduce myself and provide a little background.

So I am 25 years old and currently reside in Scottsdale, AZ. I had the pleasure of growing up in a second generation real estate agent house hold. I am the first generation to receive my degree and will be obtaining my real estate license shortly. I majored in Finance at the University of Arizona and currently work for Vanguard as an investment consultant.

I recently bought mwy first condo that I now live in. My girlfriend will be moving in in the next month and I will also obtain my license in that time frame.

So I am here to really begin the process with learning everything there is to know about real estate, starting a business, establishing my condo as a rental, etc.

I'm excited to be apart of this community and I hope I get to meet a lot of like minded people!

Thanks
