Hi Nelson

Thank you for your advice. I just finished to read the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing, and I am reading now fixing and flipping. I am taking a real estate class at metropolitan school. I would like to take action now, but I just want to meet with some investors in the  Plymouth area.

Thanks again Nelson fernandes

hello biggerpockets,

My name is Richard, I am a new member on Bigger pockets; I was looking for some information about a workshop presented by Fortune Builder. I found a lot of realtors refer me to your block to get more information or some advice before I sign off for the package. The workshop was amazing , a lot of great information, but I feel at the same time it was more about to sell the package. Those packages are very expensive started from 30k, 35k, and 50k. I feel with that money I should be able to start the business instead to pay that money to them, at the same time the financial education is very important for me. I didn’t sign off for the package even though there is advisor trying to work with me, I don’t know if they are going to ask me for money again . He told me, I have a lot of potential, great credit, motivation, discipline and coachable. I like the system they are using, its look like it will be easy for me to get train and be successful in the real estate business. My question for you do you thinks I should sign for the package if they want me to continue with them? If no, how do you can help me to get a mentor or some reference to be able to start?

Thanks in advance,

Richard
