I live in Rochester, NY am looking to start my first deal for wholesaling.  Any tips would be helpful.  Also, I am looking to use the contract I found in the tools section, would this work?

Thanks in advanced.

Ned, I want an attorney to review one of mine as well so I know I am covered and not liable.  What other areas do you work in besides Baltimore?

Ned,  Thank you for the information.  I have been reading multiple contracts as well as books so that I have a better understanding.  I wasnt sure if having an attorney look at them was the only course of action.

I live in New York and am getting started in Real Estate investing with Wholesaling.  Before I get started I wanted to make sure the agreements will hold up in this state and also protect myself.  Any advise on what agreements to use or how to make sure I will be covered?
