I found that hedge funds invest in charter schools and do 100% financing and leasing.

Hi, I belong to a group that is opening a charter school in southwestern PA.  Our big objective is finding an investor or group of investors who can purchase and renovate a building for our school.

How would I go about finding an investor or investors for this project?

The project would run in $10M-$15M range.  It can be done in stages over a couple of years.  We have seen other deals where the school leases for 7 years and then has the option to purchase or they can extend the purchase date for another 7 years,

Thanks for your help and direction.

P.S. If another forum for this post would be better let me know.
