Welcome to BP @Kayne Grace.  I'm from Biloxi and am really new to the real estate investing world as well.  There's more information on this site than you could hope to find in one place though, so in that sense it's easy to find information to start getting yourself educated.  Any question you can think of, someone has probably already asked and had it answered on this site, so search for anything and everything and you'll start to see yourself understanding more and more.  Good luck with everything!

Thanks @Jay Ritchie.  I maybe should have also mentioned that I am very new to the real estate world, and have not done any deals yet.  So I'm still in the "educate myself" phase but I was thinking that while I'm digging into learning about this business, I might reach out to a real estate agent and at least get set up with email alerts so that I can begin to get a feel for what properties are out there in our area.  Would you still recommend Lynn Wade for a brand new, potential investor?  I ask this because I have heard that sometimes well-established real estate agents don't necessarily have the time for new investors who are still learning the ropes.  Any thoughts from that angle?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a real estate agent in the Biloxi/Gulfport, Mississippi area that is good working with investors?  I'm interested in single-family and small multi-family properties specifically.  Thanks!
