Well, within 48 hours of attending David Greene's webinar we were on a plane from Denver to meet with our realtor. Over the weekend we saw numerous properties and made an offer that was not accepted.  Fortunately for us, we had some backup plans.  Offer number two was accepted and we are now under contract.  Thanks to Bigger Pockets for the support and motivation.  

My wife and I recently participated in the "How to Become a Real Estate Millionaire" webinar with @davidgreene.  David did a great job really breaking down some fundamental principles of investing.  His approach helped us put our own plan into action.  We have spent the past year considering various ways we could re-enter the world of real estate investing, but have simply not moved forward. Through this webinar and the use of the Pro features on BP we have begun evaluating properties and have lined up several to view this weekend.  If all goes well, we will be making some offers in the next 24 hours.  Wish us luck!
