Hi Jennie,

My client NW Roots Construction is one of the preferred builders in Suncadia. They may be a great resource if you have further questions. http://www.suncadiarealestate.com/builder/Northwest-Roots-Construction

Also their agent who has a bunch of listings in Suncadia would also be someone I would recommend talking with. Jeff Rau - http://www.suncadiarealestate.com/agents/jeff-rau/?p=2

Hope this helps!

@Siarhei Kholeva Hi Siarhei, I am a Sales Executive at Builders Capital a private money lender here in Seattle. I would love to schedule a phone call with you to see what kind of projects you are looking for funding for. We offer competitive rates and creative loan structures.

Come join us and our special guests b9 architects on Wednesday afternoon for food, drinks and networking.

This month there will be a discussion on the changes to the Seattle Municipal associated with Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA).
On March 18th, 2018, the City Council voted 9-0 to adopt the citywide MHA legislation, implementing affordable housing requirements in 27 urban villages throughout Seattle. Council also approved related Comprehensive Plan changes needed to implement MHA.

Bradley Khouri has participated in a number of advocacy efforts in Seattle, focused on critical urban issues, including Design Review Reform and the Multifamily Code Update from 2010. He served as President of the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and as a member of the Seattle Planning Commission. Following these efforts he was an active participant in the proposed revisions to Seattle’s Land Use code as part of the proposed Mandatory Housing Affordability stemming from HALA. b9 architects has examined the revised language closely in order to guide clients through the modifications enacted as part of the upzones. The talk will primarily focus on areas of upzones, resultant changes to density, allowable floor area, and the factors that determine performance and payment options. It will also include example projects to inspire discussion.

Tom Cole has been with b9 architects since 2012, working on a variety of project types and at a variety of scales. His focus has been on residential projects in Seattle that have ranged from single family houses in Magnolia to the recently completed 48-unit 45 & Woodlawn mixed-use apartment building in Wallingford.

We look forward to seeing you this month! Space is limited, so please RSVP.
