Great conversation thread with a couple of familiar names.  I'm the President of OREIO and am curious to know how you're all doing?  Have any of you bought anything lately?  Did you find something in Ottawa or did you end up going outside of the city?  I noticed nobody mentioned Carleton Place.  I have a few rental properties there and they cash flow nicely.  Ottawa also cashflows, but you have to create it yourself by adding units.  An easy way to start is to add legal secondary suites to bungalows.  Feel free to reach out of you have questions or need capital.
