@Aaron Yates No worries you didn't come off as one I'd much rather hear real advice than sugar-coated fantasies. What are some repairs that are can be easily and effectively done alone or with a friend rather than hiring a whole team to do the job?

A forum member recently got me interested in trying out some new lead finding techniques, including door knocking. I did some research and found out that I should do a heat map too establish which zip codes in my area have the highest amount of cash transactions. What are some other important things I need to know before I hit the streets?

The Fair Housing act states that it is unlawful to refuse to rent to a person because of that person's race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin so I think you should be good.

I agree with Aaron I have seen how advantageous it is to have your liscence when it comes to making connections!
