Hi, we will be expanding out our SFR rehab flips throughout California and I am looking for additional reputable Hard Money lenders who have the ability to close deals within 7-10 days. Can anyone recommend hard money lenders they have experience that they really like.

Reaching out to those of you who invest or live in Indiana, especially those with construction knowledge. What price per square foot replacement cost would you place for a 2000sqft SFR structure generally. This is for insurance purposes since we are evaluating a couple of SFR for purchase. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
