Thank you, Nick. I don't necessarily need, "People in my area," as far as private money and mentoring are concerned. We're all connected worldwide now days, and as long as the money is legit, I might be interested.

I am a disabled Gulf War Veteran, and I'm needing help getting a home for my family and me. My wife and I also have two disabled sons, and we need a handicap-accessible house. I would like to partner with an investor to obtain one at auction and then purchase it back from them perhaps with a VA loan. I'm not really wanting to take on a lot of new debt, though, and I need to lower my family's monthly housing costs.
