@Kim Wu Location plays a big factor with price differences like that. Higher end neighbourhood vs lower end.

@Hai Loc I was currently looking at the London market, houses are cheaper and can easily buy under market value to gain equity

@Jay Gill Even the Lenders gotten more strict but think that’ll ease down after awhile.

Not enough meat on the bone to get a well enough return with prices like that. Looking outside of GTA, buying under market value so more potential for upside.

Hey, what type of financing did you use to fund the property? I was looking to do the same approach in the Toronto area. Live up top and rent bottom or even both

Hey guys I’m currently looking to invest in some rental properties and was looking for low money down loans and cannot seem to find any. I know America has tons of programs like this but haven’t found any luck within Toronto. Currently looking in the London market, multi family home. I could use ideas for alternative options, thanks for listening!
