Not at all

We contacted our local realtor who put us in touch with a realtor from Keller Williams in Florida

He found us a property in Palm Bay already rented out 

We are going back next week to sign papers and take care of transferring it into an LLC

So all has gone well!

We have since moved on from this investment vehicle 

It ran outta gas to say the least!

Nothing but excuses no accountability.

Been on a waiting list / reservation list for sometime with no progress

We went a different direction and are Happy we did!

We happen to run into one of the Builders at an address provided to us for a viewing tour.

They weren’t willing to sell directly and didn’t seem interested or offering any information.

The realty doctors represent

3 different builders it seemed to us?

In any case we have been on there waiting list for 5 months and decided to move on.

We currently are under contract with another local realtor.

The builders put out a great product but I feel the Realty Doctors fall short on follow through as stated above.

Would be interested in exploring other avenues.I understand The Realty Doctors are have ing troubles with getting builders and properties at the moment? I seen Wagner on linkden looking for builders? And the last correspondence I had was 2 weeks ago stating they would be sending addresses in Palm Bay soon.So again be interested in dealing with others if you are willing to share that information?

We did

We are on the list for Palm Bay Area. We liked the area and decided to start there.

We looked at Poinciana and Kissimmee areas

They were nice areas developing and have a lot of potential?

We are just partial to Palm Bay Area.

It’s been about 4 weeks and waiting to receive addresses to choose from.

The homes in Poinciana seemed to have more eye candy ,recessed lighted ceilings in the master and fixtures were of fancier style than Palm Bay Area homes

2 different builders of course but Palm Bay is close to beaches the other cities are 45 minute to an hour drive.

We are currently on the waiting list for properties to become available.

We are looking to buy and hold so with new housing for rentals your cap expenses

Should be minimal if at all

Plus property values are going up so in time should be a good deal in the long run

So gonna go and take a look and see if it’s a good fit for us?

No I have a scheduled call with them to get more information?

Probably gonna arrange to Florida and see for myself what the finished product looks like.

If all looks good gonna give a down payment and get the ball rolling!
