- Investor loans for hold properties

- Cash out loans

I'm currently searching for SF Buy/Flips for under $150k.  Also, SF and multi-family buy/holds.

Being new in the industry, however, Im keeping my options open to any opportunities until I develop a solid niche.

Thank you Dave.  Its great to be here!  Im excited to be able to surround myself with the wealth of knowledge of the experienced investors in Bigger Pockets.

I feel like Ive put myself into a good position and am super excited to make my first deal (which Im finding are difficult to come by).  I have most of my funding in place (aside from PML gap lenders), good contracts, and a couple offers Im working on.  SO ready to get going.

If there was one piece of advice you'd offer me at this stage, what would that be?

My name is Rick Ricker and I just wanted to introduce myself to the community.
