I'm a local real estate agent. I do well for my clients, but I want to start investing for me. I will be rolling over some of my IRA money to a self-directed IRA. I want to invest in real estate - notes, seller financing, etc. and would love to look into partnering with you to some deals. Looking forward to meeting you all!
