Hey Aaron, I was considering buy and hold properties. I would love to own a couple rentals. I have found a few houses that fit my style but I’m stuck in the analysis paralysis phase and can’t seem to find my next step.

Hello all, My name is Riley and my wife and I just moved out of our first home after four years of living there. We made a good deal of money and I used the finances to pay off my student loans and get her car paid down. We moved in with her mother near Avon, Indiana and we are expecting our first child in September. I am currently a State Trooper and have been for 4.5 years. I love the job and will continue doing it but my dream job is to be a real estate investor. I have always had aspirations of becoming an investor, in faCt I do it in a smaller venue with gold and silver coins, but my goal has always been real estate investing. I have researched countless books and spend countless hours watching videos on how to do it but I’m a hands on type person without any experience and that’s what brought me here. My goal on this site is to mingle, meet new ambitious people, meet future partners/friends that are like minded and learn as much as I can. We plan on living with her mother for a year+ with this baby coming along and Id Love to get into real estate investing while I don’t have a current mortgage. Any information, tips or tricks help.
