Owning or flipping real estate is multi-faceted. This week we have Stella Lemberg from ABA Insurance Agency talking to us about insurance - what to ask to make sure you are covered in all aspects of your rehab or rental property, how to quantify the quotes you receive, what should you budget for your needs in the investment, what to ask to make sure you don't overpay and what to look for when you are needing insurance. There will be a Q&A period as well as time for networking before and after. Understanding and knowing all parts of a real estate transaction is crucial to making money.
