How have you guys come across good preconstruction deals and what have you done with them (ie moved in, sold the contract, rented it out, etc.)???

Hey guys my name is Reynold Krieg. I just moved from Los Angeles up to Winter Park, CO to expand the real estate market here on the mountain. Will be doing and having a lot of attractive investment opportunity up here with the market expanding so rapidly, similar to Vail about 20 years ago. Along with that I still complete mortgage transactions and other real estate deals. Please let me know if anyone else is in the area. I'm looking to expand my networking in this area!
