Adrien, thanks for the heads up about the meetup. Since I’m over 4 hours south, it will be pretty tough to make it. Next time I’m in town visiting family though, I may try to time it so I can swing by.

I'm looking primarily for SFH that need some work. (Like everyone else, really attracted to BRRRR.) I actually have family in residential construction in the area, so I have contacts on the reno side. I'm really looking to build a team that can help with leads/deal flow and also property management, since I'm long distance. That said, I'm willing to review any property, even turnkey if the numbers make sense.

I’m primarily targeting Hammond south of 165th, 2+ beds. But starting to expand my search around the area.

Hey BP, I'm Ryan! I'm new to REI, looking to make connections and learn from this great community. I've been soaking up as much as possible through the podcast, books and these forums.

I grew up in Highland, IN (NWI), graduated from Ball State University, lived in Indianapolis for a few years, and now reside in Jasper, IN with my family. I’m currently working a full-time job in marketing and planning to invest in real estate.

I’m focused on buy and hold rentals in Northwest Indiana (Hammond, Highland, Merrillville, Crown Point, etc) and I’d really like to connect with anyone in the area. Particularly looking to make some connections with wholesalers, lenders, and property managers.

I'd also love to meet up with anyone in my local area to learn more about the Dubois County market, or just to talk anything REI.
