Thanks Joel!

I'll definately look into wholesaling. The more I read on this website the more I don't think bird dogging is the way to go. There is so much information out there its hard to pick out the good information from the bad. Thanks for the advice!

Hello, I am currently a registered nurse and have been anxious for years to enter the real estate world. I have finally decided to take the plunge and start. I have read that the best place to start is with bird dogging. Realistically, how easy is this for someone with no experience? My goal for the first year to make enough money for a nice vacation. While I would like to eventually have rentals and flip full time I thought this is a good starting goal. Does this seem realistic? Anyone one out there with advice for a newbie? Thanks so much!
