@Jackson Andrews yes! In droves! I live in San Francisco CA and practically everyone my GF and I know is moving out. Sad to see our friends go but we too are discussing possibly moving out of CA.

@Conner Daniel just try it! You can offer 10% less and it is still an reasonable/acceptable offer according to my California Real estate course books. You’ve already got the “no”, let’s go for the “yes”!
