Thanks Jon for your reply. That advice is perfect and well understood. Is there a document out there that could be modified without a lawyer.

Just looking to find a legal agreement to if either of us wants to sell the house the other has to agree to sell at fair market value, under contract. Nothing more nothing less. Just agree to sell if the other partner wants to sell the property.

I am looking to protect her and myself just in case there should be a breakup. I know there are partnership agreements out there but having a hard time finding one for this type of partnership. Would like some suggestions or links to a agreement.
