So basically I'm trying to figure out right now who I am going to receive money from to recieve pre-approval, then I'm going to learn where to find a deal and wait or move on a deal. Here's what I want from you guys and I figured there would be a lot of pro help for this... If you were vetting my underwhelming knowledge, too make sure that I know what I'm doing as far as at least getting a deal, maybe good, but just definitely not bad, what would be your first 5 or ten questions you would ask me and would want to make sure I knew the answer yo about the deal, or general understanding before I commit to buying my first property?

Post: Hard money lenders or other means in Columbus Oh.

I'm looking to move towards my first deal. I've chatted with a lot of friends and people who are just starting to having a set method. I need to know how to pull the trigger on a property and I figured figuring out how I was going to put up the money is my first step in. So... I'm looking for suggestions or even someone to question my understanding. I'm sure I have no clue what I am doing i just know what I've learned from the BP podcast and have a desire to get in the game. So I need help with first steps and where I can get money in ohio.
