I have been on BiggerPockets for a while now and would like some help with my first purchase. I have asked for help before and didn’t get far, I would like to see how things are done. I have read all the books and now need to see how it is applied in real life, can some one help me please.

I am looking to do BRRR.

Hiring a licensed contractor will get the job done right and quicker so you can rent the property faster.

I would not want to purchase with a negative cash flow, I am not sure I am imputing all the correct information into the form.

Is there anyone in New Jersey that can help me learn the landlord business. I have read the books and listened to the pod casts but need to see it first hand.

I’m new to BiggerPockets and the real estate game, I was wondering if there were pros in my area that can help me get started and run through the startup. I am very nervous about the whole process but am eager to learn.

The property is in NJ, taxes are very high here so are the prices of the homes.
