@Patrick Menefee Well I am just getting started, I have only a few thousand put back right now, but I am confident I will find a deal good enough for a private investor to partner with me.  I found another deal I would like your opinion on.  It is for a trailer home.  I posted it as well for discussion.  Please tell me what you think.  Oh and I will be visiting with my bank about opening up a line of credit on the equity in my personal home.  Thank you again

I have not spoken with a bank, I may be going at this backwards, but I am analyzing deals before securing financing.  So are you saying that a bank will not loan on that small amount for that long?  Thank you for replying.
