Absolutely Scott, turn it around! I am all in on Bigger Pockets! I will become a pro member. I just recently discovered Bigger Pockets. I would much rather pay this community for any help or leads you would  would offer / sell me. I have not yet seen these services on your website. Please let me know what is available! Teach me Obi-Wan.

Hello, When I first started investing in real estate 1n 1998, It was so much easier to find properties. I find now there are so many websites and lead lists it makes me crazy! Has any one had experience with Batch leads? Constant Contact bulk leads? I also have found a website called Connected Investors. There is a monthly fee of $100 but they differentiate condition, out of town owners, empty properties etc.. All the usual suspects, Redfin, Zillow, HUD etc. do not (that I can find) differentiate fixer upper or needs work properties. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Rob
