Hey everyone! Glad to be in good company here. I lead product and engineering in the MarTech space, but still am a software engineer at heart. To feed that addiction, I wrote/currently write an app that helps investors manage their private/hard money. On the real estate side, I'm more involved in the private lending side.

@Johnny Peterson nope, not quite that far north - really only about 10 minutes north of you in Elko New Market.

Everyone else, thanks!

Hi,

New guy here from Minnesota! I'm on a bit of the opposite spectrum from investing - I run a private lending company and work with real estate investing companies, which brought me over here. I'm primarily here just to absorb information and possibly do a little networking.

Fun fact, I manage a team of software developers by day, and real estate at night. Real estate investing is much more fun than dealing with code!
