@Account Closed, definitely yes! Interstate 95 from Baltimore to Columbia, MD can at times be a 30-60 minute drive...they help take my mind off standing still at times!

Hello fellow BiggerPockets members/investors. I'm Robert from Baltimore Maryland and I’ve been a member since January. I have no investing background to speak of, just a reader of the forums and avid listener to the podcasts which I have been doing every day during my 30 minute drive to and from work since March 1st! I'm finally introducing myself since I'm ready to take the next step and pull the trigger on finding and purchasing my first rental property and have questions regarding doing such. 

I stumbled upon BP and I'm really glad I did because I've learned a lot from listening to the podcasts alone so I can only imagine the plethora of information I'll learn by being an active, engaged member! So hello BP, and if you're an newbie or "got a few deals under your belt" investor in the Baltimore area reach out to me, maybe we can learn and grow from from each other.
