Please let me know if you'd be interested in adding more rentals to your portfolio. I work with a team of real estate investors in and around the Memphis, TN area (Shelby County) and just south of the city (DeSoto County, MS).  I come across deeply discounted properties all the time.  As I find deals, I can let you know about them if you'd like. I truly appreciate your comments and feedback. Yes, I've been contacting folks through Craigslist (FSBO's) at this point. Just grinding away!

Here goes my first Forum question! I'm new to Wholesaling and am actively working on my cash buyers list as well as cold calling potential sellers through Craigslist (FSBO's). What is the most appropriate times to call during the weekdays and weekends. Also, can I call during a holiday or should that be discouraged? I'm just trying to get started and don't want to frustrate people along the way!
