I’m thinking about purchasing a vacation rental in the great Smokey Mountains. I wanted to chat with some people who has some experience with these, or maybe someone possibly has some for sale.

@Jay Hinrichs Thank you for your input sir. Im not completely dumb to the investing game. Iv been weeding out scammers since I was 14 yo. I have people pitching me offers here locally on a daily basis, trying to get at my money. I know when a deal doesn’t make sense, to just walk away. I’m just new to the real estate game and just collecting information right now. I’m not investing in anything for several months until I feel that I have a good understanding as to how things in this market operate.
