Hey everybody! My name is Robert and I recently began diving into the world of Real Estate investing and have been increasingly becoming addicted more and more on the topic ! I was looking to expand my network with like minded individuals. I would like to use my VA Loan and use that as leverage to obtain a small multi family home, live in one unit to have the tenant(s) pay the mortgage , refinance after forced appreciation and then repeating but hopefully growing into commercial properties. I would also greatly appreciate any advice from prior or current service members who have insight to the game ! I encourage anybody in this group to come and talk here ! Maybe we can even set up a get together down the road !

can someone please provide examples of a cover page and summary page when applying for a loan, please and thank you ! 

Hey guys ! I'm completely new to this community and would like to introduce myself! My name is Robert and I am 22 years old with and very high drive ! I am currently looking to utilize my VA Loan for a small multi family (preferably a triplex/quadplex) house hack one unit, and hold the property as a cushion to stabilize myself in my real estate journey. I was also interested in the BRRRR method , but was told it's hard to use that method and use the VA Loan as leverage. I guess what I am searching for as of right now would be any real estate agents in the Portland / Eugene ,OR area up for recommendations.

I recently started reading “The Book on Rental Property Investing” and started becoming very interested in real estate , with special interest in Flipping Houses and Rental Properties. I was looking to network and see how I could possibly go about investing in property without any money out of pocket.
