Thanks for the feedback. I haven't really seen anything on the MLS and was curious to see if anyone has had any luck and what they were target

Finding food deals to fix and flips. I keep hearing there are great deals on the MLS and I haven't really haven't see them. Wanted to see if anyone has had success using the MLS

I wanted to see what other leads I could get through the MLS. What are some good search criteria you have uses to find solid leads? I'm going ro be reaching out to some agents and want to give them specific on whay to look for.
