Hello Everyone,

My name is Robert! I have been reading on the forums for a while now and thought id introduce myself. I started investing in real estate 5 years ago and now have a 16 units in Oshkosh, WI. I am hoping to double that this coming year. Recently left full time job to manage properties myself (originally did this while working then went to property manager and had terrible experience) along with doing general contracting work and house flipping. I have read a few of Brandon Turner's books and am finally focusing on getting my investments set up "like a business and not a hobby". Any advice on things to do when getting business side set up well after the correct time to do it would be great
