Agreed. We are actually in escrow to sell the property. We will be reinvesting to the Midwest or Southeast. We are now driven to get cash flowing properties. Our goal is to be free from the W-2 in five to seven years. Currently in the agent hunting stage. We have honed in on places like IN, KY, MO, OH, GA, SC, and NC.
